Jennifer Knopsnider Obituary

Jennifer L. Knopsnider, 46, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Jennifer was born Nov. 12, 1976, in Mt. Pleasant, to Dennis Coffman and the late Terri L. Keslar Coffman. She was preceded in death by her mother, Terri; grandfather, Charles Keslar; grandfather, Harry W. Coffman; and her nephew, Dylan Knopsnider. She is survived by her father, Dennis Coffman, and stepmother, Kathy Coffman; stepsister, Krystal Grabosky and Jimmy Shepler; grandmothers, Wilda "Bubba" Coffman and Helen Keslar; step-grandfather, Clarence Faust; nieces, Kaleigh and Ellie; nephew, Grayson; mother and father-in-law, Nancy and Ray Knopsnider; brother and sister-in-law, Krandon and Tara Knopsnider; sister-in-law, Kelly Husak; nieces, Jalynn Knopsnider and Treyvon, Madison Grimm and Lexie Knopsnider; nephews, Shane and Emily Husak, Ethan Husak, Joe Husak and Julia, Tyler Knopsnider and Mya; and great-nieces, Katie Husak and Jaylionna Clayton. Jennifer was raised in Acme and married her husband, Kevin Knopsnider, May 16, 1998. Together they have three sons, Brennan, Jack and Julian, and his girlfriend, Olyvia Pockstaller. She loved being involved and volunteering for her sons' activities, especially scouts and football. She was a hairstylist for 27 years at Fantastic Sam's. She had great passion for styling hair and loved being with her family. Her husband and three sons were her life. She will be missed tremendously by her family. Heaven truly gained another beautiful angel. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 406 E. Washington St., Mt. Pleasant, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Lee Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Nebo Cemetery.
