Martha J. (Smith) Willoughby passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021, in Lakeland, Fla., formerly of Sarver and Saxonburg. She graduated from Ken High in 1947 and Clarion State Teachers College in 1951 and retired as a third grade teacher from Freeport School District. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Violet Smith; her siblings, Eliose, Jim, Jo Ann, Ruth and Portia; her husband, Cecil; and daughter, Bonnie. She is survived by sons Mark, Jack and Ben; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was a great daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Arrangements will be private.
