Ray Hood Obituary

Ray Hood, born on July 5, 1956, a resident of Florida, formerly of Stahlstown, PA, left this world tragically and unexpectedly on March 1, 2025. Ray is survived by his loving mother, Martha Hood, and his cherished brother, Rex Hood and wife (Joann). Their bond with Ray was profound, woven through shared experiences, laughter, and the warmth of unconditional love. He will be deeply missed, especially by those who knew him best and whose lives he touched with his kindness and dedication. Ray is preceded in death by his father, Floyd Hood, whose memory Ray carried with him throughout his life. Ray enjoyed landscaping, sports and Florida weather. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ray's life during the visitation, which will take place from 11 a.m. to noon on Monday, March 10, 2025, at SNYDER-GREEN FUNERAL HOME, located at 402 E Church St., Ligonier, PA 15658.
