Richard L. Hoover, 60, of Natrona Heights, passed away Monday, Jan. 24, 2022, at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, following an illness of several years. He was born Jan. 11, 1962, in Natrona Heights, a son of the late Leroy L. and Carol L. (Armstrong) Hoover. Richard lived most of his life in Natrona Heights and a few years in New Kensington. He was a graduate of Valley High School and was of the Protestant faith. He is survived by a brother, David E. Hoover, of Natrona Heights. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Dorothy I. (Fennell) Armstrong; his maternal grandfather, Earl Armstrong; and his aunt, Diane Armstrong.
