Sr. Katherine was my teacher at St. Pat´s, and reading her obituary helps me understand even more clearly why she was such a remarkable educator. Not only was she an accomplished and kind woman, but she had also studied education with great depth and dedication. Her thoughtful pedagogy and calm, steady presence came through in everything she did. As an inquisitive student, I thrived under her openness to questions and exploration. She was my favorite teacher at St. Pat´s, and I remember her with deep love and gratitude. May she be at peace.

A sweet and humble woman. She wore that smile so often, she was a pleasure to be around. We shared many laughs as I lived in the house beside the convent in Jaffrey. And being active in the school was more enjoyable because she was there.
