Michael Formiller Obituary
Michael F. Formiller 64, of Winneconne, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025. He was born November 10, 1960, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to Florian and Reemona (Kohnke) Formiller.
Michael married the love of his life, Teresa A. Domke on July 21, 1984. He worked for 7 years at Zimmerman's Mink Ranch and worked at Oshkosh Defense for 36 years. He was a Union Steward for 15 years of those years with Oshkosh Defense before retiring from full-time work. He also worked seasonally at 4imprint part-time after retiring.
Michael loved traveling with his wife Teresa, their latest adventure was to Nashville, TN and South Dakota. Camping was his favorite thing to do with his kids and grandkids. Michael will be remembered as a loving father who never failed to make his kids laugh. Heather and Tyler will always cherish the memories of camping as kids. His kids are so proud of him. He loved talking about WWE and NFL with his oldest grandson, Orion, and watching cartoons and playing cars with his youngest grandson, Olin. His granddaughter, Oakley will always remember him for his cuddles and games of hide and seek. His grandkids will miss their adventures to the Dells and his presence at their school and sporting events. Mike also enjoyed going out to eat breakfast with the guys from work at Oshkosh Defense
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Formiller; son, Tyler (Meredith Oakley) Formiller; daughter, Heather (Adrian) Willett; grandchildren, Orion, Olin and Oakley Willett; sister, Sanda (Steve) Gollnick; sisters-in-law, Marsha Formiller and Penny Besaw; nephews, Jeremy (Amanda) Formiller, Jeffrey (Linda) Ellman, Jake Domke, Steven Duke (Domke) and Scott Besaw; and nieces, Jacqueline Pluim, Jeanette (Casper) Oliviera and Melissa Gollmar.
Mike is preceded by his parents, Reemona and Florian Formiller; brother, Louis Formiller; nephew, Michael Formiller; parents-in-law, Doloris (David "Porky") Domke; and brother-in-law, David C. Domke.
Mike would like to say a very special goodbye to a lifelong friend, Lisa Bouras, thank you for the years and letting Teresa into your family. So many stories over the years, unbelievable. Will be looking for you on the other side.
A celebration of life will be held June 30, 2025, at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, 425 Jefferson Ave. Omro, WI 54963 with visitation being held from 11am to 1pm and services to follow. Mike will be laid to rest following services at Omro Cemetery.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Ascension for the care they gave Mike. Special thank you to Dr. Bhadriraju for his support and kindness to Mike's family during their difficult time.
