Beloved daughter of Gina Renee Rice and Bryan M Herring Linda Herring (wife), cherished
Sister of Nicholas, Anthony, Theodore,"teddy", Teresa Patti, Nathaniel C Herring, Heather Domres.
In addition, Tiara was survived by her paternal grandparents George Diamond Herring and Lula L(Gayles) Herring; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 20. Wake will begin at 11 AM and service to follow at noon.
